Job Title: Relationship Manager Diagnostics
Overview:
As a Relationship Manager in the field of Diagnostics your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in the diagnostics industry. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This position requires a combination of sales customer service and strategic relationshipbuilding skills within the diagnostics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Client Relationship Management:**
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients diagnostic laboratories and healthcare institutions.
Understand client requirements anticipate needs and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
2. **Business Development:**
Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion within the diagnostics market.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads pitch services and close deals.
Develop strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
3. **Product Knowledge:**
Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and advancements in diagnostic technologies.
Possess indepth knowledge of the companys diagnostic products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
4. **Collaboration and Coordination:**
Work closely with internal teams including sales marketing and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals.
5. **Client Education:**
Provide clients with information about new products services and industry best practices.
Conduct training sessions or webinars to educate clients on the benefits and proper use of diagnostic solutions.
6. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
Analyze market trends customer feedback and sales data to make informed recommendations for business improvement.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators customer satisfaction and business development activities.
7. **Compliance and Quality Assurance:**
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to address any compliance issues or quality concerns.
8. **Customer Feedback Management:**
Gather customer feedback testimonials and suggestions to continuously improve products and services.
Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business marketing life sciences or a related field.
Proven experience in sales account management or business development within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of diagnostic products technologies and industry regulations.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
