Job Description

Position Title : Sr. Executive Manager Marketing

Department : Marketing

Organizational Relationships

Reports to : Arti Singh (Sr. Manager Marketing)

Supervises :

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the brand guidelines are met for each collaterals and communication published

Coordinating with internal stake holders for meeting the deadlines and task management accordingly.

Frequent site visits for site inspection and thoroughly check the site hygiene and customer visit experience is being maintained in leiu with the brand.

Weekly meeting with Sales Mangers at each site to understand the marketing or lead support required at each site

To be one point of contact with all the sales managers across the projects in terms of understanding the challenges and further execution of the marketing strategy

Coordinating and briefing the internal team (Creative/Digital team) to get the right set of content as required by the brand/project

Followup with various agencies & vendors to ensure marketing activity calendar is executed as per deadlines for each project

Maintain a daily reporting structure in terms of leads generated and should be aware of AB testing to effectively manage the marketing activities.

Effectively manage the ERP in terms of campaigns and track the lead flow

Prepare and monitor marketing budgets on quarterly and annual basis and accordingly device a media plan for the communication deployment.

Preparing Weekly and monthly MIS reports and sharing with reporting manager for forecasting the performance at each site

Coordinate with vendors for production and execution of the marketing materials and to see the deadlines are met for the task assigned

Coordinate with your Reporting Manager in terms of strategies and deploy successful campaigns from ideation to execution.

Academic Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent with a specialization in Marketing
  • 510 years total experience in marketing with significant exposure to real estate development
  • Significant experience of having worked in property development construction and allied industries
  • Experience in dealing with vendors research firms and advertising agencies.
  • Should have demonstrated experience of executing 360degree marketing campaigns
  • Must have been that part of integral marketing function in a previous organization
  • Knowledge and experience of working with advertising agencies creative agencies and media planning companies

Key functional skills required

  • Understanding of the real estate development cycle
  • Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in marketing to ensure campaigns adhere to relevant regulations and policies
  • Indepth knowledge of the industry market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing decisions
  • Campaign planning and design capabilities
  • Marketing planning strategy and budgeting
  • Knowledge of current concepts in marketing and product management
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Negotiation skills
