Position : Marketing Coordinator
Working Hours : Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour for
lunch but there will be times when an earlier or later start/finish will
be required as needed weekends are available as flex time as needed
for time off (Availability on weekends and after hours may be
required)
Salary Range : $1200 $1600

Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Thanksgiving Day Weekend (Thursday/Friday)

About the job:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set encompassing copywriting market research Google ads/SEO social media marketing content creation (with proficiency in Meta platforms) email marketing and lead generation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct copywriting and market research to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage Google ads and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies including content creation and community engagement with a focus on Meta platforms.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with our audience.
- Implement lead generation tactics to identify and capture potential customers.
Requirements:
- At least 47 years of proven experience in copywriting market research Google ads/SEO social media marketing email marketing and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Meta platforms and proficiency in content creation for social media.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Canva preferred
Preferred/Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Any digital marketing certification is a plus
