Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven B2B Marketing Head to join our team at FTV Luxury the worlds leading brand with a presence in over 195 countries. As the B2B Marketing Head you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential business owners builders developers and investors who aspire to elevate their projects through association with the iconic FTV Luxury brand.

Location work/relocate in Mumbai at Santacruz.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish connections with potential clients including business owners builders developers and investors.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the FTV Luxury brand presence within the target market.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the real estate and business sectors.
  • Negotiate and collaborate on mutually beneficial projects that enhance brand visibility and project valuation.
  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of FTV Luxury to potential clients.
  • Showcase how association with FTV can elevate the image and perceived value of their projects in the ultraluxury segment.
  • Devise and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage the identified B2B audience.
  • Utilize various marketing channels including digital events and partnerships to maximize brand exposure.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for brand collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing preferably in the luxury Premium Products or real estate sector.
  • Strong network and connections within the business real estate and investment communities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury or real estate sector and its key players.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or relevant field; Masters degree is a plus.

  • Utilize various marketing channels including digital events and partnerships to maximize brand exposure.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for brand collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
