Location: Kharagpur
Exp: 4 to 8 years
Salary: Upto 6Lpa
Mandatory Skills: Safty Management DM Plant BoilerTurbin operation Sustainability cpp O&M Activities
Key Responsibilities
Safety and Sustainability
- Work with the department for driving sustainability initiatives
- Ensuring safe working environment and zero harm.
People Development
- Coordinate with L&D team to develop skill and competency on Safety
Functional Deliverables
- Responsible for CPP shift O&M activities.
- Control desk operation & handling the emergencies during power failure.
- Responsible for DM plant boiler& Turbine operation.
- SD planning and execution.
Improvement Initiatives
Participate in Improvement initiatives like TPM IIP ISO SA 8000 etc
Minimum Educational Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation
Knowledge Skills & Competencies required to execute the role
Should have knowledge and experience of working in Operation and Maintenance of Manufacturing processes
Required Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
cpp,dm,sustainability,safety management systems,o&m
