Job Description
We are looking for Technical Lead Ultra Wide band (UWB) with 9 to 12 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum Location.
Key Skills: UWB Bluetooth RTOS device drivers C/C programming RF design

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop UWB hardware and firmware for customer products
- Implement ranging positioning and secure ranging applications using UWB technology
- Optimize UWB system performance power consumption and ranging accuracy
- Conduct systemlevel testing and validation of UWB solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including hardware software and product engineering
- Stay uptodate with the latest UWB standards trends and best practices
- Document design specifications code and test procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in embedded systems development with a focus on wireless technologies
- Experience with Bluetooth WiFi or other wireless technologies
- Knowledge of realtime operating systems (RTOS) and device drivers
- Strong understanding of UWB principles ranging algorithms and secure ranging protocols
- Experience with UWB chipset and development tools from major vendors (e.g. NXP Qorvo etc.)
- Proficient in C/C programming for embedded systems
- Familiarity with RF design principles and wireless communication protocols
- Strong problemsolving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
