Lawyer

Be part of a reputed multinational Group from the Hospitality / Tourism Sector assuming the role of Inhouse Lawyer.

You will play an important role with a general impact on several areas of the
company.

Tasks

• You will be responsible to guaranty the group is following the business in compliance with all national and international laws and professional and internal standards defined by the company.
• You will also handle all Litigations / Court Cases and any related legal processes.
• You will maintain and manage a legal diary and contracts database assist with preparation and distribution of internal reports and review all legal invoices.
• You will assist departments throughout the Organization in any matter or subject that you will be requested. We are looking for an excellent generalist lawyer preferably with experience in Labor Law and Commercial.
• Member of Portuguese Lawyer Bar Association.

Requirements

• You must have at least 5 years of experience preferably inside a Legal department.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory and with residence in Algarve.
