Requirements

1. Assessment and Counseling:
   

   • Conduct assessments to understand the needs strengths and challenges of individuals and families.
     
   • Provide counseling and support to help clients cope with personal and social issues.
     
   • Develop treatment plans based on the assessment to address specific needs.
     

2. Advocacy:
   

   • Advocate for the rights and wellbeing of clients in various settings such as schools hospitals or government agencies.
     
   • Work to ensure that clients have access to necessary resources and services.
     

3. Case Management:
   

   • Coordinate and monitor services to ensure that clients receive the appropriate support.
     
   • Work with other professionals and agencies to provide a comprehensive approach to addressing clients needs.
     

4. Crisis Intervention:
   

   • Respond to emergencies and crises providing immediate support and intervention.
     
   • Collaborate with other professionals such as law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
     

5. Community Development:
   

   • Work to improve the overall wellbeing of communities by identifying and addressing social issues.
     
   • Develop and implement programs to enhance community resources and support networks.
     Research and Policy Advocacy:
     
   • Conduct research to better understand social issues and contribute to evidencebased practices.
     
   • Advocate for policy changes that positively impact the lives of individuals and communities.
     

6. Documentation and Reporting:
   

   • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
     
   • Prepare reports for funding agencies courts or other relevant stakeholders.
