YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

• Process all work arising together with your team and always keep an eye on the open items and manage the maintenance and clarification of the accounts receivable
• Manage the creation of direct debits, the execution of dunning runs and the daily booking of the banks
• Develop the accounts receivable area, analyze and evaluate existing processes and implement new ideas as required
• Coordinate the monthly and annual financial statements (on the debit side) and keep close contact with the other finance leads, our auditor and our tax advisor
• Support strategic projects in finance and accounting and ensure cross-functional cooperation, transparency, pull together as a team and aid the personal and professional development of your team

YOUR PROFILE

• Sound professional experience in the finance area (especially accounts receivable) and ideally already some team-management experience
• You have a certain IT affinity a good understanding of processes and like to dig around in Data and numbers
• You work close and collegial with other teams (sales operations, accounts payable, FP&A, etc.) and create positive vibes in the team and actively promote cooperation
• Strong understanding of the current MS Office tools, especially Excel and work with ERP systems, ideally you have experience with Zuora, Zendesk, Salesforce and/or DATEV
• Good understanding of digital runtime products and are enthusiastic about new technologies and current trends and very good communication skills in both german and english
