Sales Broker

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
  
• Technical background with professional accreditation (P.Eng./ CET) or combination of technical training and/or related experience.
  
• Experience in contracting industry (heavy civil preferred).
  
• Read, analyze, and interpret technical design drawings.
  
• Scheduling experience and analysis skills.
  
• Supervision/personnel experience.
  
• Computer proficiency.
  
• Written/oral communications.
  
• Presentation skills.
  
• Problem solving and organizational skills.
  
• Cost analysis, control, and reporting.
  
• Contracts - Commercial knowledge.
  
• Negotiating skills.
  

• Previous work experience with underground utility works, preferred.
• Previous work experience with Metrolinx and/or Basement Flooding protection program is an asset.
  
• Previous work experience in Civil Engineering Construction, including bridges, heavy civil construction, and/or tunneling is preferred.
