  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
  • Work on effort estimation and rough cost with time line
  • Proactively work on Fit Gap Analysis and propose suitable SAP process with system enhancements need for the business requirements.
  • Lead the team actively on both the topics of functional and technical role


Requirements


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • This section is used to describe what knowledge, skills and abilities are required to perform the daily tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English and Native Japanese languages

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

  • Good knowledge of ecommerce solutions and processes, with exposure to automotive domain (with at least 5 years expertise in ecommerce domain)

  • Deep understanding of Product Management, Content Management, Price, Inventory, Cart, Checkout, Order submission, Order fulfillment and Payment modules

  • Exposure to Agile Project development practices.

  • Knowledge of agile tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.

  • Knowledge of SAP Commerce B2B & B2C accelerator, with operational knowledge of Back office

  • Multilingual communication skills with fluency in Japanese and English

  • Ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand business challenges and business needs

  • Ability to collaborate with project and IT team to derive solutions and create user stories

  • Ability to provide operational support. Collaborate with end customers & customer support agents to
    understand end user concerns

  • Good knowledge of ecommerce solutions and processes, with exposure to automotive domain (with at least 5 years expertise in ecommerce domain)
  • Deep understanding of Product Management, Content Management, Price, Inventory, Cart, Checkout, Order submission, Order fulfillment and Payment modules
  • Integration with SAP or third-party systems with commerce application

    Preferred certification:
    SAP: Commerce Cloud BA certification
