**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Online Wedding Travel Planner to join our team as an Independent Contractor. As an Online Wedding Travel Planner, you will be responsible for working closely with couples, helping them plan and organize every detail of their destination wedding or honeymoon. Your role will be vital in ensuring our clients have a stress-free and memorable experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Consultation:** Understand the unique preferences and requirements of each client, ensuring a highly personalized experience.
- **Destination Research:** Conduct in-depth research on potential wedding and honeymoon destinations, including local customs, attractions, and accommodations.
- **Itinerary Planning:** Create detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and special requests.
- **Budget Management:** Assist clients in managing their budget and providing cost-effective travel options without compromising on quality.
- **Vendor Liaison:** Collaborate with local vendors, such as hotels, airlines, and wedding planners, to ensure a seamless event.
- **Client Communication:** Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels, providing updates, recommendations, and addressing any concerns.
- **Documentation:** Ensure all travel documents, permits, and visas are in order for a hassle-free travel experience.
- **Problem Solving:** Act as a point of contact for clients during their travels, offering assistance and resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Stay Current:** Stay updated on the latest travel trends, industry news, and destination-specific information.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in travel planning, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
