سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيProvide Assistance and required administrative support to Employee Relations Manager with the cases of appeals and grievances. Ensuring the proper documentation of all cases handled by the Employee Relation Department. Accountabilites • Provide support and work closely with the Employee Relations Manager in extracting all the supporting documents of the cases handled by the team. • Assist in reviewing all appeals and requests and draft reports for Employee Relations Manager to review. • Understanding the company policy and procedure for drafting the response of appeals. • To record filter and communicate all incoming and outgoing matters to the department, taking follow up action where appropriate. • Communicate with the HR Separations / HR BS to inform on the receipt of appeals and the outcome of the appeals. • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of Department. Experience To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Essential Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level Preferred • Degree in Human Resources Management • Additionally, HR Certification.
