Document Controller

Responsibilities • Manages and maintains documents associated with assigned projects. Performs inventories of completed project packets to ensure each packet is complete and forms are filled out correctly • Arranges documents in prescribed format and appearance, including proposal formatting, style, and voice. Ensures comprehensive reviews of written material IAW good business practices and adheres to both Company and Program policies and procedures. • Provides and coordinates administrative support to ensure control of records. Maintains accurate tracking records for routing and approval process of controlled documents. • Assembles and analyzes information prepare reports, organizes and maintains electronic files. • Drafts and produces grammatically correct, accurate and complete documents, records, forms and other correspondence. • Establishes and maintains SharePoint Document/Records Control site. Trains Team Members and reviewers on the use of the SharePoint site, Document/Records Control. • Performs other duties as assigned. May work special projects and assist in other projects as needed.
