OnceHub () is an innovative and thriving Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides Engagement Acceleration Solutions to organizations
We are a remote company spread across seven countries and five continents which means that collaboration and diversity are at the heart of our amazing Applying for this position, you ll work remotely from your home in South Africa and report directly to our Chief Product
We are looking for a passionate UX Writer, who will work with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple geographical The UX Writer will write application copy and educational documentation, helping customers understand our software and how to configure ;
In this role, you will:
Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create concise, clear, and helpful microcopy
Research, outline, create, and edit new content for customer education and internal use: help articles, best practice guides, videos, animated gifs, and other educational resources
Participating in usability testing for content
Update existing content for releases and projects
Approach everything from the customer perspective, prioritizing their experience as you create action-based, visually appealing resources that translate highly technical information into something they understand and trust to guide
Write subjects with accuracy and relevance by gathering information from subject-matter experts to understand its business impact, customer value, and technical details
Work closely with various departments to understand content requirements and the strategic approach
Monitor internal and external feedback channels to help define customer needs and content
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
A degree from a reputable university
A track record of excellence
Superb writing and communication skills in English
Native-level English speaker
Highly analytical mindset with ability to recognize patterns
Able to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
Enthusiasm for writing and technology
Curiosity and motivation to understand business and customer perspectives
Committed to high-quality output
Strong time management skills
Nice to have but not required: Experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, especially technical writing of software documentation in a B2B SaaS company
