Role: Intermediate UX Designer
Location: Vancouver CA (Onsite)

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to produce intuitive user-centered designs across multiple channels and devices
- 2 years in a client-facing UX Designer or Information Architect role
- 2 years of an online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating solid experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
- 3 years experience planning and facilitating user research and usability tests needed
- 3 years experience with common design tools (Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite etc.) prototyping tools (InVision Axure etc.) and collaboration tools (Abstract SharePoint etc.)
- 3 years experience creating highly detailed annotated wireframes user flows and process flows within consumer applications
- Ability to partner closely with developers QA and product managers to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints
- Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
- Strong client (presentation) communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Basic understanding of UX best practices across User Experience Design Information Architecture Content Strategy User Interface Design
- Experience with activities such as user research identifying user needs developing design concepts design thinking and development support
- Familiarity with deliverables such as user research analysis use cases and scenarios flows detailed designs annotations and design systems
- The ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Design / HCI / Related Field or equivalent real-world experience
