Tech Lead - Perm/Contract - Melbourne

Requirements

• Running workshops effectively with Business stakeholders for requirement gathering
  
• Translate the business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce features
  
• Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of Salesforce
  
• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client*s business objectives
  
• Ability to leverage out-of-box(OOB) Salesforce features Vs. custom development for business requirements
  
• Partner with Business teams and Process Experts to write requirements for Customer Success Platform
  
• Engagement with System and Process experts to help identify solutions to business pain points
  
• Hands-on experience in configuration in SFDC Platform
  
• Engagement with Change management team to plan for Change Management as needed for each initiative
  
• Drive systems-related project execution in direct partnership with IT (system administrators and development)
  
• 5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform
  
• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
  
• Experience with Service Cloud, Community, Integration, etc
  
• Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements and building Product backlogs
  
• Strong stakeholder management and co-ordination with cross-functional teams
  
• Very Good Communication Skills
