Tasks

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Otonomee team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to join an entrepreneurial organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new B2B customers'. This is a permanent work from home role so the only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Identify key contacts and target accounts through various channels, apply state-of-the-art prospecting techniques
  • Reach out via email, LinkedIn, phone(cold outreach, personalized and email campaigns)
  • Schedule and join discovery meetings
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect's interest
  • Keep CRM up to date
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships and ensure quality of opportunities so they become a forecasted pipeline
  • Set up qualified demos for our sales executives
  • Develop skills necessary for successful lead generation and demo completion

Requirements

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have strong customer-facing job experience
  • You have strong communication skills
  • CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred) Fluent in English, other language skills advantageous
