Middle Scrum Master

What you will do

• Work with product owners to understand business problems, needs and objectives
  

• Proactively manages to scope, schedule and quality
  

• Plan, manage, run team stand ups, review sessions, retrospectives, and other sessions, as needed
  

• Identify, manage, and escalate risk and issues that may impede project timelines and/or quality; articulate trade-offs in response to shifting needs
  

• Report timely status updates (both oral and written) to project team members and stakeholders
  

• Coach stakeholders as needed on project methodology, roles and responsibilities and practices for solid user stories

• 5 years experience in project management and/or agile team experience
  

• Experienced in applying agile development methodology to application development and systems integration projects

• Ability to adapt, switch gears or introduce new processes as needed
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

• Exceptional organizational, project planning, and time management skills
  

• Proactive risk and issue management skills; ability to guide others in resolving complex issues
  

• Strong attention to detail, with a keen focus on quality
  

• Knowledge of Jira, Visio, project management tools
  

• Agile, Risk Identification, Blockers Identification
  

Nice to haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or agile certification(s)
  

• PMP or CSM, Kanban
