Electrical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects
• Plan and implement procedures, systems, and controls to ensure efficient timely, and proactive actions from the Electrical Department.
• Supervise, schedule, motivate, positively discipline and plan all Electrical Department activities in TMG’s Hotels
• Monitor all Electrical Projects’ Renovations/Construction for the designated scope. Plan, follow up, and ensure that the preventive maintenance action plan is on track with all the Electrical Equipment/network (MV, Transformers, Panels, network, BMS, Dimming systems, fire equipment, etc.).
• Follow up on the condition of all electrical rooms and ensure a meeting of standard conditions through the assigned operator.
• Establish technical standards in reviews, documentation, and designs
• Prepare an annual budget including all changes and replacements of electrical equipment required. In addition to assisting with allocation, resource planning, and scheduling
• Compile a monthly consumption report on light and power to include electricity
• Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and good relations between the engineering team members and ensure timely completion of all assigned responsibilities.
• Manage unit and development cost estimations and helps determine affordable and reliable material sources.
