Your mission

We envision that in the future, 85% of new software projects will use Ory to solve authorization and authentication. You make this possible by driving the complete sales cycle from prospect to close, selling the complete portfolio of Ory Services to new and existing customers. Ory targets a large variety of industries with special focus on digital native companies within each area.

What you'll do

  • Engage Ory open source adopters to demonstrate how they can be more successful (e.g time to market, cost, compliance) with our managed services solution Ory Network.
  • Compliment our Product Led Growth strategy (self-serve) with enterprise grade multi-year subscriptions.
  • Engage in outbound sales activity making use of the tools available (Hubspot, Orbit, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Develop existing accounts through prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing
  • Build relationships with the prospects Product Management, Development, IT Operations, and Security Operations
  • Identify the value for the customer using Ory s solution
  • Accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly cadence
  • Provide input and improvement ideas on Sales Engineering and Marketing resources

Your profile

  • Experience in software sales and account management at an enterprise B2B software company, preferably in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM), infrastructure software or cloud security
  • Good experience in solution and value selling through building trust
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication in German and English
  • Commitment to spend an average of 2 days a week in the office in Munich (particularly during onboarding)
