1.In case of accident, Treatment to victim. Verification of incident report

2 (link removed) patrolling & identification of Unsafe conditions and record to be maintain

3. Preparation of EHS NC for Un safe conditions & Follow up with concern to close NCs

4.Verification of Work permits.

5.Performing audit on PPE usage & result recording

6.STP / ETP process verification, Log books verification

7.Involving in Safety awareness campaigns.

8.Verification of 5s in Hazardous waste storage area

9.Follow up with core members for closing EMS /OHSMS audit OFIs /NCs.

10.Ensuring Hazardous waste handling done as per Legal requirement and Maintain Manifest copies

11.Following Legal standards during disposal of Hazardous waste

12.Involving in improvement activities to Reduce / eliminate the generation of hazardous waste

13.Follow up for closing EHSC meeting points.

14.Follow up for Mock drill observations for actions implementation.
