Shipping Officer

o Handling the Agency Appointments and the operational and commercial matters for various types of Vessels calling Aqaba port under the Agency of GAC Jordan in addition to coordinating with Aqaba in operations and documentation to ensure smooth delivery.

o Handling the export and import Operations for RORO Vessels (issuing BL and Manifest, invoicing the customer, and preparing the FDA).

o Handling all husbandry matters such as; crew changes, spare parts logistics, landed cargo, and provisions supply and ensuring on-time delivery to all services requested to the vessels calling Aqaba under our Agency.

o Prepare Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA) and Final Disbursement Account (FDA) in addition to issuing all related credit and debit notes.

o Checking and approving invoices.
