- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Handle job advertisements through various channels (developing adv. content and posting it).
- Source, screen, and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions.
- Carry out phone screening and initial interviews with the candidates.
- Arrange all interviews and ensure feedback is documented (using the interview evaluation feedback form).
- In charge of finding and placing effective job candidates within the organization according to the projects' and teams' requirements.
- Responsible for matching job requirements with possible personnel, conducting extensive research based on the position needs, and interacting with employers and prospective candidates.
- Provide an overview to prospective employees regarding job responsibilities.
- Contact prospective employees using a variety of methods such as via telephone, email, or in-person.
- Follow up with interviews and technical testing, as well as verify references and perform eligibility checks.
