Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Description

• Handle all customer segmentation to maximize company sales.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market Conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Using the in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to help clients find or sell property
• Guiding clients through the process of finalizing purchases or sales.
• Record the customer's personal information accurately in a CRM system.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is a MUST.
• Experience 3+ years inReal Estate.
• Attractive salaries + Commission.
• Real Estate Experience is a Must in New Cairo.
• High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good communication & presentations skills
• Ability to follow up with the clients
• Good knowledge of Windows operating environment (Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Career path & Appraisal performance according to the KPI's achievements.
