- Handling all HR & ADMIN related activities of EKC group plants in Dubai
- Developing and Managing HR Systems for the company related to new recruitment & implementation of compnay rules
- Coordination and follow up with Free Zone and Governmental authorities for all HR and ADMIN related matters
- Coordination with plant and departmental heads for implementation of Safety laws , labor laws & professional discipline
- Development and management of Vehicles fleet & Drivers in the company keeping historical Track Record
- Leading Admin Actvities like Board metings, Coordination with Insurance companies, deployment of modern attendence management system, Monitoring of Factory Security Management systems
- Coordination with Finance department with Payroll and attendence records following modern management systems
- Attending all legal matters of the company with JAFZA, RTA, Dubai Police and UAE Courts
