Position: Trainer Executive

Job Description:

As a Trainer Executive at RayaCX you will be responsible for designing developing and delivering training programs to our employees. You will work closely with the HR and Operations teams to identify training needs and create effective training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge

- Develop training materials including presentations handouts and activities

- Deliver training programs to employees both in-person and virtually

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees including conducting orientation sessions

- Provide support and guidance to employees during the training process

- Maintain training records and track employee progress

- Communicate with managers and supervisors to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives

- Continuously seek feedback from employees and make adjustments to training programs as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum of 1years of experience in training and development preferably in a corporate setting

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and deliver training in various formats

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software/tools

- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time permanent position based in October Gardens Egypt. The salary and benefits package will be competitive and based on qualifications and experience.
