• Manage all aspects of proposal developmentfrom analyzing client requirements to preparing and submitting bids.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Technical and Project Management teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and company standards.
• Develop cost analyses and pricing schedules based on proposal requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders ensuring timely communication and updates.
• Ensure compliance with QHSSE standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 57 years in soil investigation laboratory testing and foundation design.
• Familiarity with rock mechanics foundation computations and testing.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of computational geotechnics packages and in-house spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational communication and time management skills.
