ملخص الوظيفة
In this role you will be responsible for mentoring a high-performing team managing key client relationships and collaborating closely with senior leadership to tailor recruitment strategies to diverse business needs. You will play a critical role in overseeing the full talent acquisition lifecycle optimizing team performance through effective delegation and ensuring clear consistent communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
1-2 years of experience in team management specifically in talent acquisition.
Background in call center recruitment recruitment agencies or similar environments.
Fluency in English is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in client management and strategic planning.
Passion for team development and helping others grow.
Experience in the GCC region is a strong advantage.
Tech hiring experience is a bonus
