Purpose of the Job
Siebel Senior Developer who is Leading Siebel CRM
solutions Design & Development ensuring they meet the
business needs of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design develop and customize Siebel applications
including workflows business services and user interfaces
to enhance system functionality.
Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications
using Siebel tools like EAl (Enterprise Application
Integration) Web Services and other integration methods.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather
requirements design solutions and document system
specifications.
Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to
ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM
across the organization.
Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation
configuration and customization.
Proficiency in Siebel tools such as Siebel Tools EAl
Scripting Workflows and Business Services.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales
service marketing etc.) and the ability to customize Siebel
CRM to support these processes.
Experience with Siebel integration technologies (e.g. Web
Services EAl SOAP REST APls) and middleware platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the
ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a
complex environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with
both technical teams and business stakeholders to
understand requirements and translate them into effective
CRM solutions
Requirements
Job Specification
Bachelors degree in computer engineering or computer
science or relevant field.
2 years of Siebel CRM development experience.
Preferred 17 Siebel version.
Design develop and customize Siebel applications
including workflows business services and user interfaces
to enhance system functionality.
Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications
using Siebel tools like EAl (Enterprise Application
Integration) Web Services and other integration methods.
Provide ongoing system support including troubleshooting
performance optimization issue resolution and application
updates.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather
requirements design solutions and document system
specifications.

ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM
across the organization.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across the CRM
system including managing records user access and
security profiles.
Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation

Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales
service marketing etc.) and the ability to customize Siebel
CRM to support these processes.

1. Bachelors degree in project management Telecommunications Engineering or a related field. 2. Proven experience in project management preferably in the telecom industry with a minimum of 2-4 years. 3. Understanding of telecom technologies network infrastructure and systems. 5. Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide technical teams. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Good-to-Have Criteria: 1. Advanced Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 or similar certifications. Additional certifications like ITIL Six Sigma or Agile certifications (ScrumMaster etc.). 2. Knowledge of emerging telecom technologies (5G KYC etc.). 3. Experience with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello OpenProject Asana). 4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for managing projects.
