We support the Kingdoms largest and most complex organizations across all industries in delivering Enterprise Transformation with a clear mission to support our customers to grow better not just bigger focusing on efficiency and not just effectiveness.
We are seeking an experienced visually talented individual to join our company as a Senior Graphic Designer. As part of our marketing team you will create a wide variety of graphic assets for use in everything from social media to print advertising. You will develop new visual concepts within our existing visual framework work with key stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure broad alignment and create assets for use in various media and contexts.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling visuals for a variety of media including but not limited to flyers brochures publications presentations web graphics signage social media graphics email campaigns landing pages documents print assets and much more.
- Perform video editing and create motion graphics.
- Design engaging and highquality marketing assets while adhering to Alnafitha brand guidelines.
- Participate in meetings to generate new ideas and enhance the existing materials.
- Develop update and enhance templates for print and digital marketing materials.
- Assist in working with vendors to produce print and video assets.
- Assist on management of photo and video libraries.
- Research and implement design standards and new trends.
- Develop and execute concepts for seasonal campaigns and events.
- Produce render and oversee printing tasks assets and processes to ensure the quality and consistency of the designs.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously to realize the organizations creative goals.
- Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups hifidelity comps productionready assets and guidelines for usage).
- Maintaining the brands consistency across all the digital designs and printed materials.
- Creation of print ready assets based on international print guidelines and standards.
- Able to ideate and create thoughtfully aligned logos typography and branding assets.
- Liaise with marketing team to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in design or any similar related/equivalent field.
- 5 Years of Experience in Graphic Design.
- B2B previous experience is a Plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic Languages both written and verbal is a MUST.
- Ability to communicate (both oral and written) with a diverse section of people from different professional backgrounds.
- Knowledge of animation and motion design software.
- Experience in Microsoft word and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Highly skilled in adobe design software like adobe photoshop illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience with both print and digital designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work on close deadlines.
- Should be a creative thinker with imaginative skills and a curious learner.
- Great aesthetic sense creative thinking with attention to detail.
