A leading compnay in Egypt is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Retention Agents (DE) to join their team in Hurghada Egypt. As a Retention Agent you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening our client relationships ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Understand clients needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations
- Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless and positive experience for clients

Qualifications:

- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is a must

- Previous experience in a similar role is a must

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
