New Outlet Acquisition & Activation

• Prospect identify and open new mass HORECA outlets within your assigned territory

• Drive horizontal expansion through continuous new customer recruitment

• Ensure new outlets are properly onboarded and buy directly from the official distributor

• Clearly communicate the benefits of buying directly including availability service and reliability

• Support first orders and initial activation of newly opened outlets

• Build strong first relationships with outlet owners and decision-makers

Territory Management Coordination & Reporting

• Systematically cover your territory and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects

• Work closely with other sales roles to ensure smooth handover and sales sustainability

• Track and report daily field activities new openings and market feedback

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree
• Fresh graduate or up to 02 years of experience
• Field sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage not a requirement
