Quality Engineer QC

prorises, a leading provider of IT System Data Services based in Cairo, Egypt, is seeking a Quality Engineer QC to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Engineer QC at prorises, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services through meticulous testing and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures

- Conduct thorough testing on software applications and systems

- Identify and report defects or malfunctions for prompt resolution

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality

- Analyze data to improve product performance and user experience

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities

Requirements & Skills:

- 8–20 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field

- Proficiency in quality testing tools and techniques

- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- Knowledge of Arabic language

Preferred Qualifications:

- Quality assurance certifications

- Experience in Agile development methodologies
