Role Description
In this role he/she will be responsible for project planning and coordination activities including project scheduling system forecasting material planning and ordering project system updates cost monitoring. The role requires maintaining accurate project data and reports within corporate tools including SAP and CORA to support project execution forecasting procurement activities and performance monitoring. He/she will work closely with project managers engineering and procurement teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently remain on schedule and stay within budget.

- Strong planning organization and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and logical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor schedules costs and project progress effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across multiple functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles scheduling and procurement processes.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
