ملخص الوظيفة

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner to join our software development team. As a Product Owner you will serve as the crucial link between stakeholders and the engineering team owning the product backlog driving development priorities and helping ensure the delivery of innovative and valuable software solutions. You will also take an active role in researching the market landscape generating product ideas and identifying competitive opportunities to guide the products strategic direction.

Own and manage the product backlog ensuring clear prioritization based on business value user needs and technical feasibility.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and daily standups.

Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify industry trends emerging technologies and customer pain points.

Generate new product ideas and features based on user feedback market needs and business opportunities.

Perform competitive analysis to understand strengths weaknesses and gaps in the market; propose strategies to differentiate our product.

Engage with design engineering QA and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment.

Continuously evaluate product performance using metrics and customer feedback driving improvements and innovation

Requirements

2 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar productfocused role in software development.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and handson experience working in Agile teams.
Proven ability to conduct market research identify trends and translate insights into actionable product ideas.
Technical understanding of software systems APIs and development processes.
Exceptional communication analytical and organizational skills.
Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Aha! or similar).
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
