As the Principal Solutions Architect / Service Delivery you will lead technical engagements across pre-sales and project delivery activities working closely with customers to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable secure and innovative technology solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers provide technical leadership to delivery teams and ensure successful project outcomes through effective architecture design stakeholder management and service excellence.

• Lead technical discovery sessions and customer workshops to assess business and technology requirements.
• Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and best practices.
• Act as the primary technical authority during pre-sales and project delivery engagements.
• Provide strategic consulting and trusted advisor support to customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales project management and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation.
• Produce high-quality technical solutions architecture designs proposals and customer-facing documentation.
• Drive the successful delivery of complex infrastructure data protection and networking solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and promote knowledge sharing innovation and technical excellence across engagements.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Professional Services Solution Architecture Consulting or Service Delivery roles.
• Proven experience leading complex customer engagements from pre-sales through project delivery.
• In-depth understanding of solution architecture infrastructure technologies service delivery frameworks and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication presentation stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical documentation and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Master-level expertise in multiple Dell Technologies solutions and third-party integrations including:
• Data Protection Solutions (Data Domain Avamar NetWorker PPDM CRS vProtect CyberSense)
• Networking Technologies (L2 L3 SONiC Switches Cisco Brocade)
• Dell Proven Professional Certifications are highly desirable.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are preferred.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes Red Hat OpenShift Nutanix Linux or Azure Stack is an advantage.
• French language proficiency is a plus.
