Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Operations Manager position within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in hotel operations guest services food & beverage housekeeping or resort management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of hospitality operational standards policies and best practices.
- Ability to manage budgets control costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
