About the role
Own conversion and the marketing campaign calendar leading a small team covering organic search and onsite production.
What you will do
- Own a rolling 90 day campaign calendar and issue briefs ahead of launch
- Own the conversion roadmap and the experimentation pipeline
- Ensure landing pages are live and quality assured before campaigns go live
Qualifications :
- 5 to 7 years in e-commerce merchandising CRO or onsite trading
- Experience owning a promotional calendar across multiple channels
- Comfortable designing structured tests and reading results objectively
