Lead Architect Site Ops

This role is suited for a senior architectural professional responsible for bridging design technical documentation and site execution. The position focuses on ensuring architectural works are delivered in accordance with approved designs project specifications quality standards and contractual requirements while coordinating effectively among consultants contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Lead thereview and coordination of architectural shop drawings material submittals and technical documentation.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with project specifications contract requirements and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site teams Contractor and other disciplines to resolve design and construction issues
• Review and approve contractor drawings and technical submissions prior to implementation.
• Monitor construction progress and provide technical support to site engineers and construction teams
• Keep a Track RFIs variation orders and design change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review site inspections to verify that executed works conform to approved drawings and quality requirements.
• Assist in project planning quantity take-offs material procurement and progress reporting.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support project close-out activities including as-built drawings final documentation and handover requirements.

• Strong knowledge of architectural design construction methods materials and building regulations.
• Experience in reviewing shop drawings material submittals RFIs and as-built drawings.
• Ability to review technical documents specifications and contract requirements.
• Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams consultants and contractors.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and site execution practices.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off BOQ preparation and material tracking.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Experience required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural technical office and site coordination.
• Experience in large-scale commercial residential hospitality or mixed-use projects.
• Familiarity with international standards and authority approval processes (Middle east experience is a plus).
