Job Opportunities Modernization Sales Engineer

1. Visit and seek potential modernization clients visit architects construction companies and building administrators to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities.
2. Perform the offer negotiation order and MOD sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations in alignment with the KG MOD targets and Schindler internal procedures.
3. For clients in the current portfolio Sales MOD will communicate assist coordinate and maintain informed the corresponding Service Leader.
4. Support and coordinate with the Key Account Manager any issue related to major modernizations.
5. Coordinate big or complex Modernizations with the MDC when required.
