- Prepare preliminary and executive interior designs (layouts elevations execution details) for residential and commercial projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Produce 3D drawings and visual renders to present design concepts to clients.
- Select materials colors furniture and lighting suited to each projects style and budget.
- Coordinate remotely with architects and execution teams in Saudi Arabia to ensure designs are practical to implement.
- Prepare BOQs and technical specifications for interior finishes in coordination with the technical department.
- Attend client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback for refinement.
- Follow up remotely on execution to ensure alignment with approved drawings.
- Stay up to date with the latest interior design trends materials and techniques.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design Interior Architecture or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in interior design preferably in luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max/ Lumion and Photoshop.
- Strong aesthetic sense and broad knowledge of materials furniture and lighting.
- Familiarity with design styles and finishing standards suited to the Saudi Arabian market.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate design concepts to clients.
- Ability to work within a team and coordinate remotely with site teams in Saudi Arabia.
Required Skills:
existing network of relationships with architects interior designers developers consultants or premium clients in Riyadh is highly preferred. Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury furniture premium interior design luxury retail high-end real estate. Previous experience working with premium or luxury furniture brands is highly preferred. Strong understanding of furniture design space planning materials fabrics marble wood veneers leather and luxury finishes. Excellent communication presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value projects. Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent English is mandatory Arabic is an advantage.
