ملخص الوظيفة
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for medical and non-medical roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn job boards medical networks ERP System.
- Screen interview and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in recruitment preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
