Graphic Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Capital Elite Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a proven background in real estate marketing. You will be responsible for the visual output for Capital Elite Group covering property launches sales collateral digital campaigns and corporate presentations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design marketing materials for property launches: brochures flyers billboards and sales kits.
• Produce social media creatives for Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn (static posts stories ad banners).
• Design floor plan layouts site maps and visual presentations for sales decks and investor materials.
• Create corporate presentations internal reports and branded documents.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver campaign assets on time.
• Maintain and develop brand identity guidelines for Capital Elite Group.
• Manage the digital asset library for all project visuals and brand elements.
• Coordinate with external vendors (printers photographers videographers) when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Arts Marketing or a related field.
• 24 years of graphic design experience with real estate projects in portfolio.
• Experience in Real estate is a Must.
• Providing a Portfolio is a Must.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign.
• Strong layout typography and color theory skills.
• Experience with print-ready files (CMYK bleed die-cuts).
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Familiarity with real estate sales cycles and developer marketing.
  
• Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects / Premiere). (PREFERRED)
• Basic 3D visualization or rendering skills. (PREFERRED)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• 5 Working Days (Office Based) & 2 Days Off
