Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a SeniorSalesforceTesterto lead and drive quality assurance activities across complexSalesforceimplementations. The role involves validating endtoend business processes custom configurations and integrations while ensuring highquality delivery across agile release cycles.
In testing and quality assurance at PwC you will focus on the process of evaluating a system or software application to identify any defects errors or gaps in its functionality. Working in this area you will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets the specified requirements and performs as expected.

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)

Lead functional integration and regression testingforSalesforcesolutions across multiple clouds
Review and analyze business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
Design and oversee test strategies test plans and test scenariosfor complex features
Execute and/or guide manual and automation testing ensuring optimal test coverage
ValidateSalesforcecustomizations workflows automation reports and thirdparty integrations
Drive defect management including triage root cause analysis and retesting
Support SIT UAT and production readiness acting as a quality gatekeeper
Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices
Collaborate closely with developers admins business analysts and stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience with Salesforceautomation frameworksand/or AIpowered testing tools
Salesforce certifications or ISTQB certification
