Were hiring a passionate English Instructor to join our online academy for Saudi students. Youll be responsible for student onboarding teaching and course development to ensure the best learning experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Attend the first Trail Session for every new student. Conduct the orientation supervise the placement test to assess student level.
Curriculum Development: Support in developing and updating course materials and lesson plans based on student needs and feedback.
Speaking Practice Sessions: Conduct regular 1-on-1 or group practice sessions with students to improve their speaking fluency and confidence.
Coordination Sessions: Coordinate and facilitate sessions between the student and the non-Egyptian instructor to ensure alignment address questions and track progress.
Marketing Support: Participate in creating marketing videos for the course including student testimonials course highlights and educational content.
Requirements
2 years experience in academics training or education coordination
Strong English communication and presentation skills
Experience with curriculum development is a plus
Confident on camera and comfortable creating video content
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Required Skills:
Proficiency in English language Experience in teaching or tutoring English as a first language Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students Knowledge of language acquisition principles
