All Teachers Must:

1. Hold C2 English certification

2. Teaching certification TEFL/TOFL/CELTA (one certificate sufficient)

3. Own reliable equipment:

• Laptop (RAM: 8GB SSD windows 10 or higher) HD webcam
• Headset with microphone (WIREDNoise Canceling optional)
• 8 Mbps internet min (speed test verified)

4. Be available for a min of 2 hours between 8 AM - 10 PM Egypt Time

5. No Formal Education Certification required (no Bachelors required or Masters)

For All Teachers:

• Zero lesson prep: All teaching materials provided
• Bi-monthly payments
• Base pay: 100-450 EGP/hour (Scheduled & Approved)
• Optional monthly development workshops

OPERATIONAL RULES

1. Friday Closure: No teaching activities

2. Teaching Limits:

• Max 4 consecutive hours without break
• Max 8 total teaching hours/day

3. Tax Responsibility: Teachers file their own taxes

4. Pay Schedule: Twice monthly processing

Break Policy (All Positions):

• 1 hour break mandatory per 4 teaching hours
