David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with an outsourcing solutions company who is seeking to recruit Spanish speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Alexandria Egypt (Onsite)
Employment type: local Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding customer service on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

Customer Service Representatives Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience knowledge
Fluency in Spanish language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelors degree in relevant field is preferred
