Customer Service Executive

About the Role

The Client supports Executive NielsenIQ retail FMCG clients by providing data analysis responding to client inquiries and ensuring timely delivery of reports and solutions. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in data analytics and client services offering opportunities to develop expertise in retail measurement and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Support a portfolio of FMCG retail clients in Egypt.

Learn and become proficient in NielsenIQ Discover and other analytical tools.

Assist clients with basic platform navigation and data-related inquiries.

Conduct preliminary investigations into data quality issues and escalate when necessary.

Collaborate with Operations Commercial and Reporting teams to ensure successful project completion.

Respond to client requests in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor project timelines and follow up with internal stakeholders.

Prepare standard reports and basic analytical insights.

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-through.
