Creative Team Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Creative Team Lead to manage and work closely with our creative team including Graphic Designers Video Editors and Content Creators.

This role requires active involvement in design execution creative direction and quality control for both online and offline marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a creative team:
  
• Graphic Designers
  
• Video Editors
  
• Content Creators
  
• Actively contribute to:
  
• Design concepts and visual direction
  
• Reviewing and improving designs and videos
  
• Create and oversee creative materials for:
  
• Online marketing (social media digital campaigns ads websites)
  
• Offline marketing (print materials brochures banners signage packaging in-store materials)
  
• Translate marketing strategies into strong visual content
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials
  
• Assign tasks manage timelines and ensure high-quality on-time delivery
  
• Collaborate with marketing sales and social media teams
  
• Provide clear practical and actionable creative feedback
  

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in:
  
• Graphic Design
  
• Online & Offline Marketing Content
  
• Hands-on experience is a MUST
  
• Proven experience leading or supervising a creative team
  
• Strong understanding of:
  
• Social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok)
  
• Print production basics (formats materials specifications)
  
• Proficiency in:
  
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  
• Video tools such as Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
  
• Digital-first mindset with offline marketing experience
  
• No TV film production or traditional advertising agency background
